About the Course
Unlock innovation with a human-centered approach.
This immersive course introduces participants to the core principles and practices of Design Thinking within the context of agile and lean organizations. Whether you're working in-person or virtually, you'll learn how to facilitate and apply the five key phases of design thinking—Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test—to foster innovation and solve complex problems.
